After 40 years operating Warkworth House as a Guest House, we have decided it is time to retire.

We'd like to say a big "thank you" to all our guests, many of whom stayed so regularly with us and all the different nationalities that we had the pleasure of meeting - we will certainly miss you.

Access Statement

Introduction

Warkworth House is a large victorian house in the heart of the city centre of Cambridge. We are situated near to Parker's Piece and are very close to the Historical city centre as well as the shopping centres of The Grand Arcade and The Grafton Centre. The house was originally constructed in 1879 and so there is no access for wheelchairs. There are a number of steps to enter the house as well as to move around the house and so it is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. At Warkworth House we have six single ensuite rooms, one twin ensuite room, five double ensuite rooms and three family ensuite rooms. The house is smoke free, pet free and free of feathers for those suffering from allergies.
